Processing Time

All Fafie Konama pieces are made to order.
Once your order is confirmed, please allow up to 2 weeks for production and quality checks before your item is shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Ghana)

•⁠ ⁠Orders are delivered nationwide through our trusted courier partners.
•⁠ ⁠Delivery timelines vary based on location.
•⁠ ⁠All delivery fees within Ghana are paid by the client.

International Shipping

•⁠ ⁠We ship worldwide.
•⁠ ⁠Shipping duration depends on the destination country and courier service.
•⁠ ⁠International shipping fees, as well as any customs duties or import taxes, are the responsibility of the client.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want every client to feel confident and satisfied with their Fafie Konama piece. If for any reason you are not fully pleased:

Return Window

•⁠ ⁠Returns or exchanges are accepted within 2 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
•⁠ ⁠Have all original tags attached
•⁠ ⁠Be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition
•⁠ ⁠Be returned with all original packaging

Items with removed, broken, or missing tags are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping

•⁠ ⁠All return shipping costs are paid by the client.
•⁠ ⁠Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

•⁠ ⁠Custom alterations made upon request
•⁠ ⁠Final sale items
•⁠ ⁠Damaged items caused by improper handling after delivery
